Emsons Co., Ltd are currently looking for someone to fill in the roll of the Accountant/Secretary. This job requires you to be both an accountant and secretary.
As an accountant, day to day practices include maintaining the company ledger, organizing payments and invoices and making payments using online banking. The ledger to be maintained will be in USD and RMB ledger.
As a secretary, you will answer the phone, prepare and receive courier parcels, organizing paperwork in addition to tasks put forward to you by your boss. Most importantly, this job requires you to be organized
And you will have to be willing to put to effort to ensure that all the paperwork is in order.
Please note that we are looking for experienced female individuals who can communicate in English.
