工作职责：

1、通过mail等方式与客户了解客户需求，收集相关货物样品及报价；
2、跟踪订单的生产进度，安排产品的发货；
3、能够独立处理货物订单，熟悉相关流程，掌握制单的要求；
4、维护客户关系，处理投诉及退货，并将结果反馈给上级；

5、完成业务主管临时交办的其他事务。
职位要求:
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易类专业优先；
2、两年以上相关领域跟单操作工作经验；
3、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；
4、具备较强的英语能力及电脑操作技巧；
5、具有团队精神，较强的沟通、谈判能力，责任心强。

1. College education or above, major in international business.
2. English fluently spoken and written.
3. Should be talented in negotiations with factories and suppliers.
4. Familiar with preparation proforma invoice and packing list.
5. Problem solving ability is an asset.
6. Computer skills should be MS fully oriented,with a simple image processing power.
7. Honest, diligent, enterprising and team spirit oriented.
