1. 负责数据库的日常维护和故障处理；
2. 负责数据库的性能分析和优化；
3. 负责前瞻性数据库技术与解决方案的研究。

职位要求：
1. 具备较强的事业心和责任感，具备团队合作精神，能够承受较大的工作压力；
2. 具备专研精神，具备创造性的解决问题的能力；
3. 计算机及相关专业本科或以上学历，英语四级或以上；
4. 熟悉 Linux 操作系统，具备脚本编写的能力；
5. 熟悉 MySQL 数据库，能够独立完成数据库的安装部署、备份恢复、数据迁移、性能优化、故障分析等工作；
6. 具备一年以上类似岗位工作经历；
7. 在实际工作中搭建过分布式数据库者优先。
