Job Duties

- Devise and implement retail and trade promotions for China;

- Work in collaboration with Wholesale/Retail Sales Team to plan and execute tailor-made channel promotions;

- Implement and execute PR and marketing initiatives. Develop marketing collaterals including company profile, catalogues, leaflets, brochures, press releases, advertorials and premiums;

- Responsible for online advertising and website maintenance, database and loyalty program management;

- Consolidate and analyze marketing information and programme effectiveness for management's review.

Requirements

- Degree holder in Marketing and Communications;

- Minimum 3 years hands-on experiences in retail marketing and brand management preferably gained in health or beauty industry, with proven track records;

- Experience in CRM or loyalty programme is preferred;

- Result-oriented with creative and positive mindset, able to work independently and manage multi-tasks under tight timeline;

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with strong numeric sense;

- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese);

- Strong PC Skills in MS Office, Chinese work processing. Knowledge in design software e.g. Photoshop / illustrator is a plus;

- Immediate available is preferred.

- Based in Guang Zhou
