Responsibilities 职责：1.Coordination and management of the acquisition activities of the indirect materials and services necessary for the plant
协调和管理工厂所需的间接材料和服务
2.Coordination and management of Raw material localization .协调和管理原材料的本地化。

Job competences 任职资格：

1.Experience in purchasing - minimum 2 years; 最低两年的采购工作经验；
2.Experience in drawing up purchasing contracts / services contracts; 有起草采购合同与服务的经验；
3.Experience in working with suppliers； 有与供应商保持互利的合作经验；

4.Knowledge of English language - medium level; 中等英语水平

5.Internet navigation skills - advanced; 较强互联网搜寻资料能力优先；
6.Professional integrity, impartial, professional attitude; 为人诚信、公正、态度良好；
