技术支持工程师
Objective of Position (General Statement)
1.Provides application/technical assistance to sales engineer and customer.
2.Assists in training and providing technical information to the field service and sales people as required.
3.Plays key role in communicating product related issues to appropriate departments.
Essential Job Functions:
1.Responsible for providing technical or application related assistance to customers, sales people, and service organization.
2.Use sizing tool to do product selection and quotation as per customer specificatin data.
3.Understand key industry process and applications.
4.Communicate with headquarters for technical issue, speical price, and application confirmation.
5.Travels to customer sites, DI/EPC for technical exchange and communication. 6.Is responsible for maintaining the required technical knowledge of the other regional team members.
7.May perform customer, sales, or service tech training both in-hour and on-site.
Qualifications:
1.Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written; must have demonstrated strong stand-up training skills.
2.Must have demonstrated proficiency, evidenced by above average performance reviews or by making notable contributions in a previous position within the company.
Experience:
At least 3 years experience as a Mechanical or Electronic engineer or service engineer in Process Control Industry OR At least 2 years technical support experience (Field Service, Applications, Technical Service) instrument/automation. .
