Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：

Provide first line of support for Group Management System in China （include Hong Kong）
为中国区集团管理系统提供一线支持（含香港地区）

Gather new user requirements or change requests on Group Management System from customers and internal users
从客户和内部用户处收集对集团管理系统的新要求和新变化

Document user requirements and communicate them to the development team in overseas
将用户对文档的使用要求传达给海外开发团队

Create Test Cases and perform Quality Assurance (QA) on new versions of Group Management System prior to rollout to users
在集团管理系统的新版本投入使用前进行测试并执行质量保证体系

Responsible for the company server maintenance and management from time to time
负责公司服务器的维护和管理

Responsible for computer equipment, network equipment maintenance , hardware upgrades, implementation, and timely data backup from time to time
负责计算机设备，网络设备的维护，硬件升级，实施及时的数据备份


Job Requirements:
工作要求：
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
本科学历，计算机科学或相关专业

2-5 years hands-on experience as an application support personnel
拥有2-5年作为应用支持专业人员的实践经验

Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be an advantage
具备软件开发生命周期（ SDLC ）经验将是一大优势

Experience in IT infrastructure support will be an advantage
具备IT硬件支持经验将是一大优势

Good programming knowledge in any programming language
具备良好的编程知识（无论何种编程语言）

Knowledge of .NET platform or Powerbuilder are added advantage
了解网络平台及powerbuilder会是附加的优势

Able to communicate ideas effectively in both Mandarin and English.
能以汉语和英语进行有效沟通。

Knowledge in logistics, shipping and freight forwarding is preferred
有物流，航运和货运知识更佳

Good customer relationship
良好的客户关系
