岗位职责：
1、负责与公司其他部门的沟通与协调；
2、收集有关行业的信息，掌握市场动态，分析销售和市场发展状况，提出书面报告及针对性意见；
3、负责制订营销策划方案，负责营销活动的策划、组织以及实施；
4、负责公司产品品牌形象策划以及品牌管理；
5、参与公司新产品拓展的调研工作、主持完成产品的市场定位及策划报告；独立撰写前、中、后期策划方案以及撰写广告宣传所需的各类文案并独立呈报；
6、监督所辖范围内的市场营销活动，广告策划、宣传工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，市场营销、房地产、广告学、等相关专业；
2、具有2年以上房地产项目策划和营销管理工作经验，担任过项目策划经理同类职位3年以上 ；
3、能独立完成项目营销相关工作方案，对房地产项目全程策划工作熟悉；
4、熟悉地产项目策划流程，擅长各类地块的定位和产品分析，能独立完成商业地产全案策划，有主导策划大型成功案例和项目全程操盘经验。
5、具有较强的分析能力、沟通能力、谈判协调能力及PPT策划报告撰写、提案能力。
