5、 3年以上区域客户的开发、维护、管理经验；

6、 具有大型项目销售，合同签订及跟进工作经验；

7、 形象好，热情开朗，有亲和力，积极乐观具有很强的公关能力；

8、 曾任职景观、建筑规划等设计行业公司同等职务人员优先；

9、 欢迎有海外学习或海外工作经验者。
