岗位职责：
1、根据公司市场推广规划，制定公司的市场推广部总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌宣传、公关等方面的年度目标和实施方案；
2、制定市场推广部年度预算、激励考核制度，并对费用进行合理控制；
3、搜集、整理和分析竞争对手的产品信息，了解市场竞争趋势；
4、围绕各类新媒体，开展公司重点品牌及其产品的策划推广；
5、根据既定目标，不定期制造相关内容话题，迅速依托网络及其他新媒体推广传播；
6、制定媒体宣传策略，并与媒体、协会及相关机构建立、维持良好的合作关系；
7、不断树立品牌形象和行业地位，提升公司美誉度；
8、全面负责市场推广部的日常管理工作。

任职资格：
1、市场营销、广告等相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，具备互联网营销策划经验与思维；
2、熟悉微博、微信等各类新媒体，并善于整合策划推广；
3、文笔优秀，策划感强，具备较强的逻辑思维能力和活动执行能力，关注细节；
4、具有敏感的商业意识和市场推广嗅觉，具有较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力；
5、具有较强的文字功底，能够独立撰写各类策划方案、报告及稿件；
6、具有较好的项目控制能力和良好的沟通能力。
