We are now looking for a 6 months Intern for the role of Manager Assistant.
Starting date: May 2015.

Job description:
1. Secretary and daily administrative tasks (dealing with the bank, travelling organization, tax office, labor office & housing fund if needed).
2. Occasional translations or interpreting on request.
3. Communicate with other Labosport subsidiaries worldwide.
4. Communicate with customers for their inquiries.
5. Prepare quotations, orders, invoices to customers.
6. Follow-up projects’ progress.
7. Assist our subcontracted accountant in the preparation of our accounts.

Requirements:
1. Fluent Mandarin and very good English skills. Cantonese is a plus.
2. Mindful, adaptive, dedicated, team spirit, rigorous.
3. Good oral presentation over the phone (English and Chinese).
4. Proficient in the use of computers, specifically good at Word and Excel.
5. Time flexible to be able to work with people overseas.
6. Basic knowledge of accounting

Salary depending on experience, to be discussed. Indicative range: 3000-4000 RMB/month.
If necessary, we can issue internship certificate.
After the internship, possibility for full time employment.

工作内容：
1、文秘及日常行政工作（如与税局，银行，旅行社，劳动局及公积金中心的沟通）
2、偶尔担任口头翻译或笔译
3、与全球分支机构的联络沟通
4、与客户沟通，获取客户需求
5、准备报价单，订单，发票等文件
6、跟进测试项目进程
7、协助我司会计（如准备发票，银行水单等）
职位要求：
1、较强的英语听说读写能力，能与国外分支机构同事进行联络沟通，懂法语、粤语者优先考虑
2、责任心强，细心、积极、主动，讲究工作效率和团队合作
3、有较强的口头表达能力（英语及普通话），能与客户进行良好沟通
4、熟练使用办公软件 ，如WORD，EXCEL等
5、如有需要能灵活安排时间以配合国外的同事（极少数）
6、懂简单会计知识或者国际货运知识优先考虑

工资面谈，按经验而定，约3000~4000元/月。

实习期满若双方满意可续签正式员工合同。
