岗位职责：
1、负责不同LED灯具产品(包括户内和户外)的光学方案设计;
Responsible for the optical design in the product development of different LED luminaires (both indoor and outdoor);
2、为LED灯具的光学设计建立起相应的数据库, 包括光学设计及应用方案, 材料的选择,评估及应用,并进行周期性的维护;
Build up and maintain the database of optical design, optical application, material benchmark and selection;
3、对于内部及外部供应商生产的产品,能为其生产制造提供给相关的技术支持;
Provide technical support on the product production for the internal and external suppliers;
4、如果光学组件或整个灯具产品不能满足设计要求, 则需要对其产品进行失效分析;
Failure analysis for the defective product from production;
5、协助市场部完成产品性能的定义及产品成本的评估;
Cooperate with marketing on product performance definition and cost evaluation;
6、了解市场上不同LED照明产品工业产品所应用到的光学设计,以及光学设计的发展趋势(价格/技术/应用), 关注技术走势并进行技术创新;
Monitoring the market trend of optical design in different LED lighting products;
7、对竞争对手的产品进行分析评估;
Benchmark of the competitor solutions;
8、负责产品相关的光学性能测试;
Optical performance measurement of product;
9、协助市场团队对产品性能进行定义;
Collaborate with marketing teams on the definition of product performance;
10、在产品所应用的项目上,提供照明应用方案的技术支持;
Provide technical support on the lighting application of product;

任职要求：
1、光学相关背景, 本科学历以上;
Background of Optical bachelor or above;
2、熟悉LED照明产品的主要照明应用要求, 以及各种光学系统方案;
Knowledge of requirements for LED lighting product in different lighting application, and relevant optical solution.
3、熟悉各种光学元件的加工方式及材料他特性, 了解制程中的因素对光学元件性能的影响;
Knowledge of manufacturing method for the major optical components (such as lens, reflector…), and know the effective factors to the performance of optical component in these processes.
4、对于产品开发过程中的问题具有良好的逻辑分析 能力,对产品开发过程中的各项工作应具有良好的统筹规划能力；
Thinking logically in R&D work;
5、能熟练运用MS office办公软件, 光学设计软件 及3D建模软件(UG-NX, Solidworks…)
Fluent operation on MS office, optical design (Lighttools…) and 3D modeling software (UG-NX, Solidworks…)
6、读写流利,能用英语与集团公司内部客户进行沟通。
Able to communicate with internal client in English ,fluent English reading and writing.
7、至少五年LED照明产品的光学设计经验
Minimum 5 years experience in Optical design of LED lighting product;
8、至少一年研发项目管理经验
Minimum 1 year experience in R&D project management.
