岗位职责：

1、对从研发到大批量生产的新产品导入流程进行管理,使产品能符合研发及客户对技术及品质的要求;
Ensure the management of the NPI process from the development phase to mass production in compliance with the technical and quality requirements defined by R&D function and customers;
2、为新产品导入制定计划,并协调相关部门按时有效地引入新产品生产流程;
Prepare plan for NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensures timely introduction of products with high quality;
3、与供应商的制造工程及产品管理部门合作,提高供应商的制造能力;
Coordinate with production engineering and product management departments of supplier and implements the manufacturing ramp-up plan;
4、拟定产品/制程的相关检验测试计划,并根据计划指导相关的生产测试;
Develop product/process validation test plans and lead performing production tests according to the plan;
5、参与产品设计,使设计可以转化为有成本效益并适合大批量生产的产品;
Works with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products;
6、针对生产制程及方法进行分析并提出改善意见,以降低成本及提高品质;
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvements;
7、指导供应商对新生产线/流水线的布局进行设计,合理优化生产线结构;
Guide supplier for new production equipment layout design and structure optimization;
8、指导供应商对产线工装夹具的设计;
Guide supplier on fixture design for production line;
9、参与并支持产品的质量前期规划(设计失效模式分析, 生产失效模式分析,面向质量设计及标准作业规范);
Conduct relevant tasks for APQP (DFMEA, PFMEA, DFQ, SOP);
10、对外部供应商制造能力进行评估及提高;
Evaluate and optimize the production ability of the external manufacturing suppliers。

任职要求：
1、本科以上,机械工程类相关专业毕业，或具有电子制造类行业至少五年以上工作经验;
Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or related with 5 years or above working experience in electronics manufacturer;
2、对于电子产品的制造组装具有丰富的经验及良好的工作知识
Experience and good working knowledge in assembling of electronic product;
3、熟悉DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM…
Familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM…
4、英语读写流利
Fluent both in spoken and written English.
5、至少五年电子制造工程领域工作经验，熟悉失效模式分析及ITC标准者优先考虑
5+ Years experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering field, be familiar with FMEA, well know of ITC standard requirement will be an advantage;
6、熟悉项目管理，有LED照明或消费类电子产品制造背景者优先考虑
Know well in project management, experience on LED lighting or consumer electronic industry is preferred.
