Main Purpose of the Job工作内容概要:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for performing the facility and building related work, fix and maintenance in the plant.
负责工厂内所公用设备和厂房的的维修和保养，保障工厂的正常运行。

Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:

? Conduct preventive maintenance according to plan按计划对公用设备和厂房进行维护保养
? Management on transformer room, pump station, Cooler/Chiller, generator负责变压器房，泵房，冷却机/制冷机，空调，发电街的管理
? Report facilities and building situation monhtly对所有负责的设备设施进行月记录
? Linked Spare part management 对所涉及的备件进行合理的管理
? Help with designing tool and equipment to improve the working efficiency 协助工具的设计和改善以提高工作效率
? Other jobs assigned by Engineering Manager直接上司安排的其他工作
? Follow company rules and regulations on遵守公司以下规定（包括但不限于）
o Human resources人事管理政策
o Quality 质量管理政策
o 5S 5S管理政策
o Safety 安全管理政策
o Others regulated or modified from time to time 公司出台的其他政策

Education/Experience教育背景及工作经验要求:
? High School Diploma or equivalent 高中或以上学历
? Minimum of 2 years similiar working experience in manufacturing plant,
Experienced in compressor and air-condition feild will be preferable. 2年以上工厂电气工作经验，有空压机和空调系统业相关工作经验为佳.

Qualifications/Skills其他技能要求:
? Strong trouble shooting capabilities 良好的故障排除能力
? Able to work under limited supervision 可独立组织自主工作
? Able to work under tight schedule/overtime 可适应加班以及临时通知的紧急工作
? Strong sense of safety 具有良好的安全意识
? Must possesss relative required certificates 具有相关的资格证明
