Job Responsibility:

- Develop and source product in accordance with designs and specifications as detailed by Buyers, and incorporating latest technical developments.
- Maintain daily communication with buyers/stylists to translate and communicate the customer product specifications to the suppliers.
- Monitor sampling/production/delivery performance and pro-actively communicate and address potential delivery problems with suppliers.
- Researching and promoting of new and best selling product items from suppliers.
- Drive all stakeholders (buyer, supplier) for effective problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Ensures that the delivery timelines are respected according to pre-agreed lead times.
- Partner with Quality Assurance/Control department to anticipate quality risks and resolve quality issues with suppliers.
- Present new supplier options in line with the supplier strategies.
- Participate in social compliance monitoring of factories, and make sure production is only placed with factories that have been signed off for compliance.
- Proactively collect new and innovative product ideas from suppliers and share with customers.

Job Requirement:

- Strong product expertise in line with handbag with no less than 2 years experience
- Able to understand and interpret product specifications
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Well organized, Highly self motivated, Detail oriented
- Team player with sense of urgency
