工作职责：
1、负责开发微商培训课程，编写微商培训课件和建立培训资料库；
2、负责讲授微商培训课程，解答疑难问题等，跟进微商培训效果；
3、负责网络推广、电商发展、微信行业新闻收集、分享；
4、协助各类培训活动及项目策划、组织、主持、主讲；
5、协助销售对代理学员进行产品介绍和沟通；
6、跟踪代理学员销售情况；

任职资格：
1、熟悉微信、QQ、贴吧、微博等社交网络平台，了解基本的网络推广技能；
2、有电商、微商从业经验者优先；
3、有培训师经验者优先；
4、有化妆品行业相关工作经验，熟悉化妆品市场操作及销售模式者优先；
5、接受过演讲、主持、护肤等相关方面的培训者优先；
6、良好的团队管理能力、具备团队管理经验者优先；
7、良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力和市场策划执行能力；
8、学习能力强，有责任心，认真细心，能及时发现问题反馈问题解决问题；

工作时间：

周一~周六；早9:00~晚6:00；
