Our client is one of the biggest FMCG companies with head quarter in Guangzhou. It has very diversified product portfolio and gained full reputation globally.
As Senior EHS Manager, you will report to Plant Director and lead a team of 20 people. You need to consolidate and fortify ESH culture, set up the target for safety culture; Build up annual safety culture improvement plan with management team; Arrange suitable resources on implement improvement plan of safety culture; Periodically monitor and correct behaviour or actions departure the direction of safety culture. Also, to build the capability of ESH organization, clarify the ideal ESH organization; Build a healthy succession plan for key ESH position; Offer resources and development plan for ESH team; Make action plan to improvement ESH engagement; Have coaching plan for key ESH talents; Periodically review the action plan with ESH team to build up high performance team. You need to lead the strategic planning and resources to support the implementation of ESH plan. Understand Global and regional ESH plan; Make ESH annual plan by priority, include management, workshop and culture; Alignment ESH plan with factory management team and ESH team; Offer enough resource and detail action plan, support to achieve ESH performance.
To have a successful application, you need to have at least 10 years ESH experience in Chemical, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or related industries. Have 5 years or above managerial experience and have successful track record in a result driven environment. You need to be a self-disciplined and have good at strategy planning with strong personality regarding people management.
