2.根据企业发展战略，编制年度市场开发计划，报营销总监审批后执行。
3.按市场推广计划组织市场推广活动，审核市场推广方案。
4.定期组织市场公关，广告宣传，促销等活动。
5.根据企业财务制度的规划，及时编制市场拓展各项费用预算，并控制香港费用的支持，节俭企业管理成本。
6.具体负责企业品牌的推广及品牌运作工作。
7.负责市场部内部管理工作
