For our new distribution company located in Shanghai we are looking to recruit


Sales Representative

Your responsibilities

· Support current distributor to secure existing customers to grow business for KDS.

· Seek and build strong business relationship with important customers in important segments

· Seek and build partnership with selected partners for product distribution as appropriate

· Sales forecast and timely delivery

· Provide regular and systematic feedback of market analysis

· Participate in local trade exhibition events, provide necessary customer service (distributors and horticulture companies)

· Work with consultants where appropriate


Person qualification

· 5-10 years of agricultural or horticultural industry technical/commercial experiences

· Well travelled in China, with sound networking in horticulture or related industries

· Good understanding of business models of horticultural companies, or tomato, tobacco or seed production business.


Other specific skills or knowledge:

  • Agricultural related education background, bachelor’s degree bearers preferred
  • Self motivated and results driven,
  • Good negotiation skills and communication/presentation skills
  • Basic English in reading and writing
