This is the newly opened position for SSC (Shard Service Centre), preferred the candidate to have related SSC experience.

Shared Services Center
Our Asia Pacific Shared Services Center (SSC) will be established in March/April 2015 to centralize our company’s accounting and controlling activities, on the grounds of Schick Plant in Guangzhou. The Shared Services Center will support delivery of services to the markets including general ledger management, tax, treasury and statutory reports.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Credit Review
-Annual review of financial data to assess credit limit assigned is still appropriate
-Review of new customer financial data to determine an appropriate level of credit limit
-Ad-hoc review of existing customer financial data to determine appropriate amendment of existing credit limit in line with increased/decreased business
2.Order Release
-Review of blocked orders, confirmations of approvals and system release
3.Claims & Dispute Resolutions
-Clearing of open items disputed by customers
-Customer Services deductions management function to resolve with commercial/supply chain and process adjustments
-Claims management from end to end with ability to effectively communicate with customer teams
4.Cash Collection
-Follow existing cash collection processes to collect due open items
-Ability to work in E-Conditions system
-Implementing best practice in cash collection
5.Cash Application
-Cash Accountant to download electronic bank statement or provide details of receipts to allow cash application
-Daily cash application and settlement
6.Bad Debt Management
-Highlighting problem accounts
-Regular review of aged past dues and reporting
-Regular DSO reporting and analysis
7.Journal Adjustments
-Initiating journal adjustments to clear off resolved adjustments

Requirement:
1.College or University degree in accounting or economic relevant disciplines
2.3+ Years accounting experience, including at least 1 year in GL
3.Good accounting knowledge
4.Work experience with ERP system
5.Strong MS Office skills, especially on Excel
6.Good verbal and written English
7.With qualified accounting certifications
