This person will be acting as the overall operation administrating role and lead China HR. Finance,business and all operation functions during daily works, he/she would be responsible for China sites overall management outputs and coordinating daily business, As a key member of the senior management committee , this person shall always comes out with effective solutions to practical problems and make sure the bussiness run at a smooth, efficiency and profitable tracking and would be far-sighted, unbiased ,open-minded with good communication and people management skills,prefably having same or similar industry background , had ever or have been working in our field, full of systematic expertise and in-depth understanding of our field bussiness and works.
