HR and Admin Supervisor
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary
To grow with the company from inception, you will be able to develop a whole new HR and Admin structure as you dreamed; with 1 or 2 years’ proven success, you will be promoted as HR and Admin Manager.
？Frame a clear and easy implementable HR and Admin Policies and fine tune it based on the business and organization requirements.
？Frame an easy managed HR and admin management system to maintain employee records and files.
？Frame and manage payroll, compensation and benefit programs.
？Create a 2 way communication channel been between the company and employees, including traditional newsletter, social media and staff events or meeting. 
？Execute headcount planning and budgeting to have a road-map for recruitment assignments
？Provide full life cycle recruiting in support of our growing technology organization, seeking talents of data science and program developing, creative and service professionals
？Use advanced and creative candidate sourcing approaches to find top talent. We are looking to go well beyond the traditional talent seeking channels
？Manage candidate experience and own candidate relationship, presenting company properly based on candidates’ profile.
？Plan and execute suitable interventions to keep the employees motivated
？Executing “Employee Engagement” initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding  and engaging
？Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements.
？Monitor and ensure all employees comply with the Company's rules and regulations.
？Manage annual training plan and conduct training in accordance with business departments’ requirements.
？Manage company assets planning in coordination with relevant parties.
？Deliver timely and accurate HR and Admin reports as required.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required
？2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on the technology or creative sector.
？Must possess creative and resourceful recruiting methods, sophisticated candidate generation skills, and a strong social media network.
？Must be comfortable of cold calling and hunting actively for talent.
？Passionate, extroverted and result oriented. Be able to handle complicate work tasks, work under high pressure.
？Good communication skills understand internal and external customer’s needs and work with them collaboratively.
？Good knowledge of internet or creative industry recruiting is a plus.
？General knowledge of Chinese labor law, HR working process and regulations.
？Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal is a plus.
？Fluent Cantonese is a plus.
