Main tasks
- Dimensioning and specification of system components such as transformer, motor, converter,

train control system or HV equipment
- Evaluate customer requirements and derive system requirements
- Support sales team for technical bid documentation
- Technical discussions, reviews and quality control meetings with sub-suppliers
- Preparation of technical documentation such as performance diagrams, customer documentation

and internal documentation
- System integration testing of whole traction chain

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or higher
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system engineering for drive chain integration of metros,

intercity trains or locomotives
- Detailed knowledge of main components such as transformer, converter, gear box, motor,

braking system, train control system etc.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with contract issues and able to estimate technical and commercial risks
- Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Good computer skills (SAP, MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
- Willing to travel occasionally
- High-voltage electrician license is an advantage
