主要职责：

1.开发外籍客户，与广州各类外企公司签定合作协议。
2.负责接待公司部分高级客户，为客户提供优质的合适的房源，协助其完成Pre-househunting并签定合同。
3.负责管理初级物业顾问的日常工作，并对其培训指导。
4.负责公司房源的开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系；


岗位要求：

1..熟悉广州地理位置，尤其是各类高档楼盘与服务式公寓，外籍人员活动场所。入职后能在短时间做该要求都也可。
2. 大专及以上学历，专业不限。具有优秀的中英文表达能力(英语口语尤为重要)
3. 具有较强的沟通和谈判能力、抗压能力、团队精神意识、应变能力。有管理经验者优先考虑。
4.性格外向，形象气质佳，高度的工作热情
5.有销售经验及有一定客户资源者优先考虑
