项目技术选型、提供技术支持、项目功能架构重构、数据库调优、整体项目部署架构。

职位描述:
1.负责/参与技术架构设计、重构、优化，根据业务规划及技术规划制定应用架构方案；
2.负责/参与基础平台系统的架构设计和系统设计、详细设计；
3.主导/参与技术难题攻关，持续提升核心系统在高并发、海量请求数下的高处理性能；
4.核心功能的架构与代码模板编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块；
5.审核和评估相关方案与设计，以确保其符合架构规划，满足业务需求；
6.分析系统瓶颈，解决各种疑难杂症，对系统进行性能调优；
7.通过对团队的培训与指导，提高整个团队的技术水平。

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 8年以上开发经验及5年以上大型互联网系统或者其他大型企业应用系统开发相关经验；
2.具有面向对象分析、设计、开发能力，精通OO，AOP，设计模式；
3.具有深厚的专业技术基础，精通Java EE相关技术，熟悉Spring, iBatis，Hibernate，Struts等开源框架，熟悉页面开发相关技术，熟悉Linux操作系统使用；
4.熟悉Oracle、MySQL等数据库开发与设计以及缓存系统REDIS或 Memcached的设计和研发；
5.对企业应用系统架构SOA、ESB、BPM等有全面的认识，熟悉项目管理理论，对软件工程和相关标准有良好的认识；
6.对远程通信，消息队列，海量数据，分布式缓存等技术至少有一项能有深入了解，有相关实践经验者优先；
7.具备良好的客户需求分析能力、业务和技术方案策划和设计能力；思路清晰，具备很强的文档撰写能力和良好的语言表达能力；
8.具备良好的团队合作精神和创新意识，具备良好的沟通、组织、协调能力能力，较强的责任心，有较强的内外沟通能力；
