Principal Accountabilities :
Manage the product portfolio of Bathroom category.
Responsible for sales and margin performance of Bathroom products.

Nature & Scope :
Develop Bathroom category product strategy and new product plan for China market.
Align with global and international product strategy and roadmap.
Align with bathroom category product management.
Collect and analyze competitors' product information on a regular basis.
Prepare business analysis of proposed new products for Bathroom category.
Pricing and launch of Bathroom category new products.
Innitiatie and track national sales promotions.
Manage product assortment for different channels.
Support marketing communications and trade marketing team on advertising and promotion programs.
Support product knowledge training and semenars.
Other product marketing activities for Bathroom category.

Key Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years national marketing experiences with 4 years at product marketing position, with proven performance.
Initiative and strong ownership.
Fluent speaking and writen English.
Strong coordination and cross-functional coperations.
Good presenting skills with presentable personality.
Strong marketing sense, insight of comsumer behavior and attitude.

Better Qualifications :
Knowledge of plumbing/sanitaryware market and industry.
Knowledge of manufacturing.
