职位描述及要求：

1 Minimum 2 years shipping experience in Latin American market.
2 Good relationship management with customers and shipping agent.
3 Assist in the compilation and maintenance of shipping statistics and reports ,planning the optimization of shipping routes.
4 Exception Management and Communication with customers' about shipment status
5 Coordinate with internal key personnel to deliver excellent customer service
6 Follow exception management handling process

1．有较强的独立处理能力， 熟悉各类货运订舱程序及国际货运操作的各个流程；有成套外贸制单基础会优先考虑；

2．英语读说写流利，熟悉电脑办公软件操作并能胜任英文系统资料录入和运用；

3．要求能说流利广东话，工作认真细致，处事灵活， 善于沟通协作，有较强的综合学习能力，具有良好的团队合作精神，并能承受一定的工作压力和必要的加班。
