Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting efforts. The environment is fast-paced, proactive and collaborative. Reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Full life cycle recruiting including working with practice leaders and line managers to understand their recruitment needs and business, posting job ads, searching and screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and related follow through post-placement.
- Maintain and develop recruitment channels, proactively understand the talent market, help with talent pool expanding.
- Other than effectively recruit, you will also help with employment retention, coach and develop your subordinate, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals.
- Responsible for successful, productive, and efficient relationship management with practice leaders.
- Prepare presentations as needed to convey recruitment solutions to business leaders.

Who we are looking for
Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years full cycle recruiting experience in international companies, ideally from recruitment agencies.
- Proven ability to generate candidate pipelines utilizing innovative techniques that include strategic sourcing, internet mining, social media, etc.
- Must have negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business partner.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results.
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team
