职位说明
1. 收集目标行业的客户信息，分析研究客户的要求，提供客户有价值的服务。
2. 根据客户提供的职位，寻找适合该职位的候选人。
3. 面试、筛选、评估候选人；
4. 进行业务市场的拓展，了解客户需求（职位信息），达成委托招聘协议，并维护良好的客户关系。
5. 与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，及时获取并准确，有效的传递双方的反馈信息。
6. 完成业绩指标，有效执行公司工作安排。
7.开拓客户

要求：
1、有猎头顾问经验或有IT行业的从业经验优先考虑 ；
2、有销售、电话销售、市场调查公司、市场数据采集、客户服务公司等相关经验优先；
3、学习能力强， 有较强的责任心和抗压能力
4、思路灵活,人际交往广,有销售人员的冲劲；
5、一定的英语基础（读，写)5、优秀的团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，抗压性强，敢于迎接挑战。

Due to the expansion of our Guangzhou operation we are looking for high caliber recruiter to join our successfulteam.

We are seeking to hire experienced recruiter with at least 3 years work experience in IT recruitment market. Candidate with IT related background is a plus.

1.Diploma or Degree holder
2.At least 3 years direct sales experience, preferably with the IT recruitment market.
3.Developing new clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates as well as maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
4.Expected to deliver outstanding quality services to both clients and candidates, and providing candidates with career development opportunities.
5.Experience in the field of Information Technology and Human Resources an advantage
6.Must enjoy working in a result-oriented environment, be driven by exceeding targets and willing to have a proactive, forward thinking approach. 7.Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn; well-organised, detail-minded and responsible
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills
9.Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
