资深方案设计师 Senior Interior Designer

岗位职责：

1、 优秀的设计理念表达及手绘能力，熟悉装饰工程流程和工艺，项目风格及技术分析能力强, 能独立胜任大型工程设计；

2、 按照公司的设计标准及规范，指导、技术支持下级设计师或助理完成其他空间、局部造型、渲染效果的设计和深化工作；

3、 负责与首席设计师、配饰组、后勤项目组等各职能部门沟通协调，以达到信息的及时准确传达；

4、 根据项目要求，到工地现场解决施工疑问及把握设计效果。

任职要求：

1、 教育程度：设计相关专业大专以上学历。

2、 工作经验：四年以上室内或建筑设计经验。有大型房地产项目及酒店会所设计经验者优先。

3、 基本技能：熟练掌握CAD、Photoshop、3DMAX、Sketchup等制图渲图软件。

4、 基本素质：工作高度负责敬业，团队合作与组织协调能力强，与客户及其他部门沟通顺畅。

5、 其他要求：能承受一定的工作压力，并胜任外地出差。
