- Bachelor degree major in Textile /or/ International Trade
- Above 8-year solid working experience in garment business ,working for European market and fashion items

(adult wear) is preferable
- Good product sense on garment / fabric/ artworks/ treatment, strong development capability is a must
- Capable to work independently with suppliers and overseas buyers/designers
- Proved success on both production and salesman sample follow up, Good price sense
- Skilful communication and negotiation skill;
- Good team player, knowing how to manage well with assistant to achieve a growth together
- Fluent English in both written and speaking is a must, and pleasant personality
