职位描述
Responsibilities:
Handle data collection and analysis, resource forecast and scheduling according to the requirements provided by the business
Update and maintain intra-net web page regularly
Participate in the launch of CitiPhone and ad hoc projects as per the established guidelines and project timeline
Assist in operations to achieve the service standard by providing accurate volume forecast, MIS reports and well-planned scheduling
Comply with established control and compliance policies to ensure full adherence to all laws and regulations and Citigroup policies
Maintain the quality at defined business requirement
Requirements:
College graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry, previous experience in project and planning sector is better;
Good command of computer skill, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Access etc. Basic programming an advantage.
Good comprehension and written skills in English and Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated
