Protiviti has an immediate job opening for a Senior Consultant with a solid finance management background as well as a good understanding of finance operations including shared services design and implementation. With strong business acumen, analytical abilities and problem solving skills, the candidate is expected to help clients to address all sources of value creation – organization, people, sourcing, processes and technology – for client’s finance organization to realize rapid and sustainable value.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Practice Building
？ Supporting practice growth through assisting with new business proposals and presentations
？ Maintaining delivery repository for new and existing work product and practice aides
？ Supporting the development of thought Leadership through white paper
? Client Delivery
？ Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
？ Defining and implementing new finance management strategies, governance model, organization structure, processes, capabilities and enabling technologies, in both accounting and controlling space
？ Delivering trainings, communication, workshops, and impact analysis to support change management activities
? People Development
？ Coaching and mentoring junior team members
QUALIFICATIONS
？ Ability to meet travel requirements
？ Bachelor's degree with a finance/accounting or business major from top tier academic institution preferred
？ 2 to 3 years of full-time consulting work experiences, in the areas including (not exhaustive): finance strategy, finance governance, shared services, finance process innovation and excellence, enterprise performance management (particularly budgeting and planning & managerial reporting), and cost management
？ Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills are required
？ Strong communication and analytical skills in both Chinese and English
