Responsibility:

- Setup routines and files for quality inspection and manage the daily work of the inspection team

- Communicate with suppliers and sourcing managers for quality issues

- Create inspection guidelines for products

- Judge acceptable level of quality and provide suggestions in solving quality problems

- Provide training for inspection team

- Control of inspection schedule

- Evaluate current and potential suppliers

Requirement:

- At least 10 years of solid working experience in quality control area and minimum 3 years in management position

- Bachelor degree with majoring in engineering

- Familiar with AQL and EN standards

- Experience in various product ranges will be a benefit

- Good English skill in reading, writing , listening and speaking

- Good communication and management skill, strong ability in problem solving

- A fast learner, detail oriented, independent and responsible person is required
