YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

?协助业务和技术人员在发展中解决生产过程出现的问题。
?提供培训和技术支持带连接和转换操作。

?协助研发、平台团队,NPD员工评估,测试和符合条件的新设备和处理策略,将转移到生产操作。

? Develop and implement processes, methods, tooling, and machine modifications for high speed inlay, label, and tag manufacturing.
? Analyze the strap attach and converting processes and then develop and implement proper controls to assure a reliable operation.
? Be a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements.
? Investigate and troubleshoot failures to identify and resolve root cause of problems.
? Document and implement the procedures.
? Actively pursue opportunities to continually improve the processes that increase quality, throughput , and reduce cost , by utilizing lean/sigma tools.
? Define and Establish “Best Practices” in the strap attach and converting processes.
? Develop and implement preventive maintenance routines for strap attach and converting.
? Provide on-machine expertise to operators and technicians to ensure that manufacturing capability and capacity are meeting delivery and performance targets.
? Manage or support the strap attach and converting projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
? Assist operations and technical staff in developing solutions to problems occurring in the manufacturing process.
? Provide training and technical support to strap attach and converting operations.
? Operates machines in urgent situations and assists in identifying resolution toward reestablishing normal operations.
? Assists R&D, Platform team, and NPD staff in evaluating, testing and qualifying new equipment and processing strategies that will transfer to production operations.
? Identify, develop, and maintain a network of suppliers in China and abroad for obtaining technical information, service support, equipment and supplies.
? Develop test methods for qualifying new products, materials and processing procedures.
? Motivate others to accept process changes, sustain them, and take ownership of them.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:
?工程学士学位或相关技术学科。
?至少4年的制造经验和驾驶的卓越团队。
?必须转换和网络制造环境中处理经验。
?必须能够用英语沟通好。
?第一手经验的操作、维修和调试转换,纵切和其他web处理设备。
?在Arsoma第一手经验,Comco和/或其他柔版印刷平台是一个优势。
