Requirement:
·University graduate with degree in foreign trade or related major.
·1 to 3 years working experience in shipping and logistics documentation preferably in trading or Textiles agency environment.
·Familiar with import & export quarantine/customs declaration procedure
·Proficient in both verbal and written English.
·Proficient in PC applications, Microsoft office.
·Strong customer-oriented mindset, flexible and with self-initiative.
·Hard working and positive working attitude，attention to details. Ready to take challenge.
·A team player with positive attitude; well-organized and responsible.
Job Descriptions:
·To coordinate with internal & external parties for documentations follow up.
·To follow up with shipping lines, customs clearing & others related issues.
·To coordinate with the sales for order follow up and payment collection
·To prepare delivery documents like delivery note, samples note etc.
·To prepare daily reports and provide full support to the Sales Manager.
·To provide total support to Sales team.
·To assist in office administration duties.
·To carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
