职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据公司预算、财务计划、业务计划，对公司各开发项目成本控制，汇总、分析，按月编报成本费用执行情况；
2、负责工程和开发项目的成本、费用支出的审核工作，以及成本费用的归集核算、收入与成本结转、项目效益预测；
3、及时处理工程付款，登记往来台账，进行账龄分析；
4、负责项目的开发施工进度、付款程度、资金状况以及开发成本的财务分析工作；
5、根据公司资金计划，协助编制开发成本及工程所需资金收支计划，协助项目资金状况的分析工作；
任职要求：
1、年龄25-40，财务或金融专业毕业，大专以上学历，2年以上财务经验，已婚已育者优先考虑；
2、熟练使用excel表格；
3、有良好的职业操守及团队合作精神，较强的沟通、理解和分析能力；
4、具有独立工作和学习的能力，工作认真细心。
