Job summary
- Plan, coordinate, design content for and facilitate cross-functional workshops to develop future state business processes.
- Employ proven methodology to map processes and validate that future state business processes are aligned with business case.
- Perform business process gap analysis to determine organizational change impact and strategy for transitioning from current state to future state.
- Create and execute implementation plan for future state transition activities including:
* Closing organizational readiness gaps.
* Prioritization and proper sequencing of business process implementation activities.
* Development of standardized operating procedures as required.
- Lead change management efforts via training with branch offices.
- Work with cross functional teams to resolve business process issues involving IT systems.
- Hand-hold user/branch offices during the transition phase.
Requirements
- Must have strong business analysis skills, capable of analyzing a current state business situation and readily visualize potential for improvement.
- Experience in using Lean Six Sigma or other established business process reengineering methodologies to solve problems and facilitate change.
- Excellent organization, communication, project management (multiple simultaneous projects) and facilitation skills.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and tracking process improvement benefits.
- Proven experience with conference planning and group facilitation.
- Ability to prepare detailed business requirements for technology support systems to facilitate improved business processes.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working with various levels of management and senior leaders throughout an organization.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality applications.
