职位描述
Job description:
1. Shipping operating staff----Following with local suppliers / agent / shipping company etc.
Dealing with sea and air inquiries and settling related problems. Maintaining good relationship with suppliers, agents and carriers. Keeping good communication with operation.
2. organize all the necessary docs and informations for agent for export.
3. cooperates in a team environment with other colleagues to finish some other necessary works in office.
Requirement:
1. 3years experience in shipping line. Below 3 year will not be replied.
2. English fluently is a must, and can be very easy on communication with foreign boss or manager, can explain all things clear.
3. Good at communication with supplier and agent, deal with shipping related problems in flexible way.
4. Familiar with all kind of office software and all kind of document in international trading business.
5. Easy to fit inside of new working environment and new working way or procedure.
6. Good negotiation and communication ability with supplier / agent.
Can work under high pressure.
Two days weekends
