职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 掌握高级服务销售员的基本技能；
2. 承担分公司服务销售的业务指标，如：竞争台量、转签率、丢失率和市场获得等。
3. 具有管理所属的业务的能力；
4. 能够制定本辖区域的具有挑战性的计划并努力完成目标；
5. 了解区域内的市场上对手和客户的情况；
6. 了解政府对行业的法规和政策以及对物业管理的法规和政策
7. 能够指导和培训服务销售员并对他们进行正确的评估；
8. 负责本区域范围内的重要客户的关系维护
9. 了解与业务相关的财务基础知识，如：平衡成本与价格之间的关系等，根据市场的情况进行价格的调整。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上；
2.5年以上销售相关工作经验，有管理经验的优先；
3.具有较强的沟通和协调能力；
4.具有较强的市场敏锐度和客户掌控能力；
5.熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件。
