JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Developing effective communication skills which will be conducive to ensuring customer requirements are satisfied in courteous and responsive settings;

2. Acquiring and maintaining a thorough knowledge of retail deposit products/services, commercial products/services, and of those policies necessary to respond appropriately to customer requirements;

3. Processing inward/outward remittance transactions for corporate accounts and inputting data and prepare reports related to the Declaration on Balances of Payment System, Foreign Currency Account Management System and AML System as required by local regulators.

4. Perform settlement services and back office supports to treasury business activities.

5. Maintain the confidentiality of Bank and customer information;

6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

1. University degree with a preferred focus in Finance, or a general focus in Banking;

2. Strong computer literacy;

3. Good command of English and Chinese, both in written and spoken;

4. Demonstrates ability to work independently and under pressure.
