Tasks and responsibilities
-Manage and arrange all the shipments including the needed documents according to the process descriptions.
-Negotiate with current and new shipment companies about the price, quality and service.
-Collect the costs of all the shipments and make a plan how to reduce these costs, discuss with operational manager how to implement these actions.
-Inform colleague(s) of sales, or colleague(s) of other VN companies about the shipment and delivery times according to report structure
-Follow and control the shipment until they will be arrived on the destination and inform Sales Representative and Operational Manager about irregularities.
-Handle customer complaints about shipments according to the process description
-Prepare a weekly status report of the shipment costs, including the products that will be shipped and the delivery times of the shipments.
-Provide on-the-job training to new (Logistic) Employees.
-Good at English
-Good communication skill
