职位描述
Key responsibilities
.To support Airport Service Manager in leading our airport team in day-to-day airport operations to provide excellent customer service to our passengers
.To ensure that our airport services are conducted to meet all our customer services and operational standards, including safety standards, on-time performance, customer satisfaction standards,etc
.To lead,develop and motivate our airport team through regular training,coaching, and team building initiatives
.To strengthen the communication with our ground handling agent to ensure that the team is updated on Dragonair products and services
.To motivate our ground handling agent,and oversee and monitor their performance to ensure that the required service standard is achieved
.To be the deputy for Airport Services Manager in co-coordinating with relevant government authorities and external parties, and participating in airport related meetings and activities
Qualifications and experience
.Possesses College degree or above academic qualifications
.Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in ground operations and customer services , preferably with some experience in a supervisory role
.Good command in written and spoken English, and in Mandarin
.Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skill
.Self-motivated, flexible, and ability to work independently
.Willing to take up extra responsibilities and work shift duties
