Job Description.

Perform order tracking with vendors/factories and relevant departments and overseas office to ensure orders are proceeding in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Monitor the schedules / timelines and follow up for on-time deliveries.
Coordinate for shipping arrangements. Verify relative documents.
Prepare regular reports as required.
Other assignments from the team manager.


Candidate Qualifications.

3+ years experience on order tracking from order receipts till final deliveries.
Initiate starter, be proactive with minimal supervision. Result oriented.
Good timeline management skills, well organized and be able to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines, problem solving skills.
Good communication skill, fluent in English and Mandarin.
Can do attitude Team player.
