岗位职责

1.配合设计总监完成季度开发工作；
2.了解市场流行趋势，根据公司品牌的风格与定位，及消费者的需要进行设计；
3.按计划负责系列完成款式及跟进工作；
4.负责对自己设计款式的要求做好打样前所需的资料等工作；
5.对初板的审定跟踪，以及确定款式、打板；
6.能独立进行品牌设计;
7.有能力管理团队进行设计工作
任职资格：

1、28-38岁，服装设计、艺术类大专以上学历；
2、5年以上高端品牌女装设计经验，擅长25-35岁之间的产品风格；
3、具备丰富的服装行业工艺、面料专业知识。具备较强的审美意识，想象力和创造力。
4、具有极强的手绘功底和绘图技巧，精通CorelDRAW、Photoshop及服装设计专业软件等。
5、思维活跃，灵感丰富、创新意识强；
6、具备强烈的使命感，结果导向意识强，口头及书面表达流畅，沟通能力及责任感强；
