Major Responsibilities and Duties



1. Assists the Account Director in developing overall brand strategies and is typically directly responsible, with the Planner/research person and sometimes creatives, for the development of strategies/briefs for specific advertising/campaigns.
2. Facilitates and oversees creative and production processes-in particular, the information flow to creatives from Clients/other departments which makes for superior creative product.

3. Attends TV shoots and some print shoots/radio recording sessions, as necessary and appropriate.

4. Tracks and analyzes competitive information and handles client competitive requests.

5.Understands client's communications measurement tools and participates actively in discussions about result

6. Has comprehensive knowledge of client and brand initiatives.


Qalification



1. 3-5 yearrs 4A experience, good general education and knowledge of communications industry.
2. Experience in account specific marketing.
3. Understanding of how the dynamics of retail work.

4. Ability to present the work (insights, strategy, creative)
5. Possess a creative nature to problem solving.
6. Enjoys the challenge of using creative ideas to solve client's communications needs

7.Good written and verbal English and Chinese
8.Willing to work hard with irregular hours
