SALARY RANGE: RMB8,000-RMB10,000 depends on English/Attitude and Experience.

本时尚女装公司急招一名资身服装技师来加入我们的技术部门。 

You will be responsible for ensuring garments meet customers expectations in terms of performance and fit, making tech patch including size spec, workmanship comment, fit comment and pattern revising suggestion. 

该职位职在确保大货的试身效果满足客户要求， 准确的做出尺寸表，给出工艺要求，试身效果评语，并能提出纸样修改建议。 

Knowledge and Experience Required: 

Garment background 

At least four years related work experience will be a must 

Familiar with garment development process 

Fluent in English 

Paper pattern knowledge will be needed 

Drawing skills 

Good computer skills(Microsoft office/ coreldraw/ photoshop…) 

Good problem solving mindset 

Logical thinking 

Self starter 

Open to developing skills 

Can work under pressure 

职能要求： 

有过专门的服装技术培训， 熟知服装工艺，尺寸及做工要求， 至少要有四年的相关经验。 

熟知服装生产程序，并熟知服装纸样。 

英语听，说，写流利。 

有很强的协调，解决问题能力。 

善于接受事实，自觉性强， 能承受压力。 

有广泛的服装技术能力， 包括产品控制到包装。 

电脑应用熟练， 熟知Microsoft office/ coreldraw/ photoshop… 

Measures / Key Performance Indicators: 

· QA of Garments to be delivered in efficient and timely manner to required specifications. 

· Understanding what customers expects and ensuring controls 

· Tech patch making including production size spec, workmanship comment, fit comment and pattern revising suggestion. 

· Control sample process, take responsibility for counter sample development and PP /shipment sample checking. 

职责： 

理解客户的要求，并很好的把客户的标准和要求传达给工厂。 

及时，高效的查样板的质量，并按照尺寸表核对衣服尺寸。 

能正确的放码，做尺寸表， 并给出工艺要求，试身评语，纸样修改建议。 

控制样板程序， 负责确认板/产前板/船头板的审核。
