任职资格：
- 国际贸易，商务英语及相关专业，英语6级以上，听说写流利；
- 3年以上LED照明行业工作经验，5年以上外贸不经理或以上营销岗位管理经验；
- 熟悉LED产品知识和市场运作方式，具有敏锐的市场洞察力，能够迅速把握国内外LED市场脉搏；
- 具有丰富的市场营销和品牌管理经验，优秀的营销策划、渠道和产品规划、公关维护、团队管理及组织协调能力；
- 诚实敬业、思维严谨缜密，执行力和责任感强；
- 有良好的文案撰写能力，职业素养佳。
岗位职责：
- 建设和管理市场部团队，并对团队成员和相关部门进行市场培训和指导；
- 引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度；
- 组织部门开发多种销售手段，完成销售计划及回款任务；
- 招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工，协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标；
- 参与制定公司的销售战略、具体销售计划及进行销售预测；
- 控制销售预算、销售费用、销售范围与销售目标的平衡发展；
- 制定和改进销售政策，规范、制度及考核制度；
- 组织与管理销售团队，完成公司销售目标。
