Responsibilities:
Component Supply Chain/Capacity Management:
Garment / Material / Component supplier mapping in local market
Update recommended component supplier base and contact list
Maintain and manage supply chain base data in our system (SPUR)
New component suppliers sourcing & development (educate new supplier H&M requirements, working routine, etc.)
Enhance and secure suppliers performance (Supplier Performance Evaluation)
Component Capacity overview / bottleneck analysis
Define potential China components supplier chain and execute strategy plan
Benchmark prices on all components
Capture Top Components qty & price history (every season)

Secure quality:
Execute and secure components suppliers according to business Strategy
Identify quality risk in supply chain
Develop good team knowledge of material and component quality and supplier base
Support components knowledge & problem solving

Component development / testing:
Standard elastics / components and duplication / consolidation
Drive the mould cup development according to PO strategy
Execute PS Project Stage II
Implement PS project materials – elastic, components, etc w/ Pink Room
Follow up and work closely w/ SEBO Quality Team + GPQ Manager to develop component testing method
