Functions and Responsibilities

Provide innovative ideas to our USA team

Source, develop & qualify vendors most suitable for the innovative projects

Maintain updated product development on timely base

Conduct negotiations on the innovative projects

Make recommendations based on costing, quality & raw materials

Seek for new technology in the materials, production processes, machinery & labor supplies

Qualifications Requirements

Bachelor Degree in the appropriate engineering field or equivalent

3-5 years sourcing & product development experience in the appropriate industry with variety exposure of other industries

Ability to work independently, organized & with minimal supervision

Strong computer knowledge

Fluent in written & spoken English

Personality:
